More About the Author

Lois Francis Adv.Lic.Ac.,M.B.Ac.C.,P.G.C.E.,Cert.Counselling.,Cert.N.L.P.

Lois first became interested in health care when as a 10 year old she massaged her mother's head to relieve her migraines. Many years passed before she found her vocation as an acupuncturist and teacher. In the early days of practice, Lois soon realised that there was much more she needed to know to be an effective practitioner and help patients get better. She trained as an N L P. practitioner and also studied counselling and nutrition.

Lois's writing career began when she researched and wrote a text book on the use of acupuncture points for the college where she taught. That was followed by information booklets for her patients. She has a special interest in stress, fertility and healing through nutrition.

Over the course of 22 years treating hundreds of patients she has amassed a wealth of knowledge which she now shares with you through the medium of Kindle books. This book is full of good ideas to help you examine your current state of mind and plan how to take the steps out of a hectic life style and regain control. It is vital that you do the task to get a full understanding of how to move forward. Please remember this is a long-term plan and not a book that you can read and then expect changes, do commit to it to get real results.
