5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic - a definate 'must read' for everyone!, 9 Feb 2001
I recently read a copy of The Stress Pocketbook written by Mary Richards.

Wow! I haven't put it down yet. This book is easily one of the most concise and to the point books I have ever read about stress. Each page is full of definitive information and practical, realistic help. It teaches us how to recognise, approach and deal with stress and stressful situations positively. I take it everywhere with me now, and recommend it to both individuals and organisations. This is a book for everyone, anywhere who feels that they are stressed and who need to find ways to minimise it and relax.

Yours de-stressedly
