Received this book today and returned it within one hour. I was hoping that the book would have lots of useful information on how to deal with a dog that is stressed. The majority of the book is filled with results and tables of different stressors affecting dogs - which are basically printed surveys. Following this, there are about 4 case studies telling us what problems the individual dog had. Unfortunately, there is not much information on what they actually did to help the dog. The only information on how to help a stressed dog was very basically covered in the last few pages of the book. Perhaps others have found this book helpful but I honestly can't see how. I have gained more information from general dog behavour books than I have from this book. I would recommend 'Good Owners,Great Dogs' by Brian Kilcommons or something by Gwen Bailey, which are much more useful.
