These are really very strongly flavoured and a very unattractive blue colour! I found they did ease my throat somewhat and the comfort did last for a good half an hour or so.They also warmed my chest and made that feel easier but I wasn't so convinced that they helped clear a blocked nose, the vapours just didn't seem to hel. The menthol flavour was just too strong for me and it made my tongue burn but if you like strong lozenges then these would be ideal.
