He and his wife have three children and six grandchildren.

Fantastic Book! 2 Nov 2009

I have read a few of Bill Johnson's books, but so far this one is my favorite. I highly recommend it and I believe everyone can gain something from it (whether you are curious about God and faith or if you are a veteran Christian). I have found the advice in this book to be simple and yet true and I keep going back again and again to re-read his comments. Everyone can strengthen themselves in the Lord!

As Bill Johnson says:- (paraphrase) "Christianity is not the acquisition of good theology, but a personal practical commitment to the call of Jesus." This book encourages us in relationship with God, that moves us toward a personal ministry against the oppression of satan, and revival in our towns.

For everyone who wishes or needs to strengthen their faith in the Lord or even to have many questions answered about the Bible this book explains and encourages one to really grow in the Christian faith and more - to be effective in our Christian witness having strengthened ourselves and then to be effective with our friends and neighbours, apart from our family.
