Format:Audio CD
Steve Forbert has always been the master of the thumbnail sketch. His songs are simple, striking and observant, while avoiding the temptation to sink into self-indulgent sulking. Streets of this Town continues Forbert's theme of cursing his own luck in life with some genuinely touching pieces (I Blinked Once) mixed with songs that make you smile at your own misfortunes (Streets of this Town).
Anyone who ever liked the sound of a guitar string should buy this album

Steve Forbert is an under valued talent, this album needs to be listened too, not in a noisy car. Steve has an unusual but haunting style, if you like the singer song writer genre, you should like this album.

This came all the way from the U.S.A. new. I had never heard this particular CD but i had heard a few other Steve Forbert albums, nor had i dealt with the seller before but i have to say i am delighted with the Music and also with the quick delivery and packaging. If anyone is hesitating about buying this CD or using this seller i can recommend both.
