Photos and maps,

Very good photos. Some I recognise, others I don't but they all bring back memories. An obvious observation is the lack of vehicles but very interesting as we forget how traffic free the 1940's and 1950's were. The 1928 maps were of great interest to me as the street which I lived in has long since gone as has the gas works at the end of our street. Both are shown on the map. Worth buying if you have ever lived in Liverpool.
