This is a brilliant album and every rock and roll fan should own it! I agree with other people in that "Nowhere Fast" and "Tonight Is What It Means To Be Young" are the best tracks but "Socerer" and "One Bad Stud" are pretty cool too. "Socerer" is quite a melancholy song and the perfect come-down from the energy of the first track. There are a couple of lesser songs that feel a little like filler (such as the third) but none of them are truly bad and are more than compensated for by the rest of the songs. As a whole the album is great piece of 80's nostalgia, characterised by the over-the-top, highly theatrical songs. It is also worth a listen to hear some of the lesser-known work of Jim Steinman. If you're not into this kind of music then you would probably think the entire thing is absurd but if you are anyway inclined towards it the best thing that you can do is buy it and play it real loud, preferably whilst driving down a long, empty stretch of road!
