As someone who is just about to start out as a mobiler themselves, this book has been and still is a great inspiration. it's not a 'how to book' so it won't tell you how to start up a catering business.It's an insight into the people behind the passion, the reason behind the why and all that good stuff. This book is obviously the work of someone who not only loves food but truely understands its relationship to every day people. It has inspired me and I know it will do the same for anyone who is lucky enough to read it.Well done.Lets have more of the same!

This book is wicked. Great stories of how people get started in small businesses. Funny and heart warming stories of the roller-coaster ride they live on. Great recipes that you can't get from any other regular cookbook. This my friends is a revolution on many levels. I love it.
