As someone who is just about to start out as a mobiler themselves, this book has been and still is a great inspiration. it's not a 'how to book' so it won't tell you how to start up a catering business.
It's an insight into the people behind the passion, the reason behind the why and all that good stuff.
Buy it, you'll love it.

This book is obviously the work of someone who not only loves food but truely understands its relationship to every day people. It has inspired me and I know it will do the same for anyone who is lucky enough to read it.Well done.Lets have more of the same!

As I big fan of Richard Johnson's with his great love and understanding of all things food, much was expected from this book - and wow are they are delivered - something different, something exciting and something new - a must for all foodies who want to get back to the root of great food - long live the revolution!
