Jarol B. Manheim is Professor of Media and Public Affairs, and of Political Science, at The George Washington University, where he was the founding director of the School of Media and Public Affairs.

This book is the most current scholarly book on social/public info campaigns. It was exactly what I was looking for to inform my thesis research. The book thoroughly explores communication and persuasion theories that impact campaign design. Well-written, great references to relevant research.
