“Oh, wow! This book had me on the edge of my seat. I didn't know what was going to happen next. And the twist at the end has me hungering for book two!!” June Le Claire, Amazon

“I couldn't stop reading to the end and just when I started to think I had the story figured out, a twist throws me back in the dark.” Terry, Amazon

“The author brilliantly crafted a story that was mysterious and kept up a level of suspense and intrigue that had me madly turning the pages. The developing romance between the main characters was very well done.” Lexi, Amazon

The threats to them have been made real. Ada and Dylan wake up in their beds with ropes around their wrists and no memory of what happened the previous night – just like all the other victims of Sonequa, that strange little town where time stands still.

But Ada’s self-confidence has been shaken after the ‘attack’. She has always been a strong woman, and now . . . she isn’t so sure. She has a sudden fear of intimacy with Dylan, and it is too soon into their newfound relationship to weather that. To top it off, she has just lost her job due to her failure to return within her crazy boss’s stipulated time.

Her world is crashing down around her.

Unless . . . she does something about it, together with Dylan, and finds the man or men who did this to them.

This 33,000-word paranormal romantic suspense mystery is Part Two, which is the final part of ‘Strange Moon’.

Wow! I knew after reading Strange Moon: Part One that I could expect to be taken on a bit of a wild ride, but Part Two surpassed all my expectations! I read the book in one sitting just a few hours after it appeared in the Kindle Store, and I couldn't put it down until I finally reaching the shocking finale.

OK, now I have to go get some sleep. I, er, sort of forgot to go to bed while I was reading this last night.

I need to read more about Ada and Dylan now. I wasn't expecting that ending, and it sure kept my attention throughout part two, just as it did in part one. I really enjoy this story and look forward to reading more.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just one more page... 17 Mar 2014

This second - and final - part of the Strange Moon series was everything I'd hoped for and more.

I loved the way the mysteries unravel - Steele does a fantastic job of keeping you hooked into the story. It's the classic 'just one more page' thing where you end up realizing you've read for way longer than you'd intended and now you're so close to the end you just have to keep going!

I loved the characters: Ada, in particular, who came across as a very *real* woman. She's the perfect example of how even the strongest people are undermined by doubts and insecurities, but also that, ultimately, everyone is capable of the kind of strength needed to take on the world. She's a character you care about, but more, a character with the power to inspire.

More than anything, though, I loved that when I finished this late last night I really didn't see the end coming. It's the kind of ending that knocks you sideways at the time but with hindsight seems perfect and ineveitable, and a very fitting climax to this fab series.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome 9 May 2014

This two part story was one that kept me awake until three in the morning. I could not stop reading. In the beginning I got so frustrated and angry that I had to have a break, not because of bad writing but the opposite. The way the characters reacted to events was so believable that I just wanted to yell and scream at them. Thanks for a great story.
