I purchased 2 of these cables to connect my PVR to plasma TV and both perform equally poorly. Ferrite clamps on power cables in close proximity failed to improve the constant humming whenever a moderately light scene was on the TV.

I have now replaced the cables with a �30 alternative; no humming is now evident.

Cheap in this case means poor build quality and high interference. I would steer clear from this item and spend a few more pounds. Don't make the mistake I made, now having to buy a replacement better quality cable.
