Great workout! 7 Jun 2007
I have just started pilates again due to my back condition. This dvd is around 40 mins long and works the whole body.

I really enjoyed doing the workout. At times it was a bit fast, so you really need to grasp the basics before starting on the main workout.

Merredith is a good instructor who works with two people showing you how to perform the exercises. There is a basics section which I recommend you go through first, because it shows you how to breathe properly, hold your stomach in etc.

Did not give it 5 stars because of how fast it felt at times, but would highly recommend it.

I really like this DVD. Having noted the review that says it's fast-paced, I watched it through first and then followed the workout after.

It's good, works the core muscles effectively. It's not a beginners workout (as the DVD says) so if you're starting out, work your way up to it, otherwise you'll be rather sore.

If you want to feel balanced and strong, this is a good workout. I feel nicely relaxed and 'stretched out' afterwards. It's easy to fit 40 minutes into your day and the results are worth it.

Excellent Pilates DVD 28 Jun 2009
This is the perfect Stott Pilates DVD. Especially useful if you are training to be an instructor or an instructor already and needing a little brush up on your Stott Pilates method of instruction. A jolly good workout for the intermediate to advanced level. Moira keeps it flowing beautifully and it is all so thorough. A+ for this DVD. Thank you,
