I really like this DVD. Having noted the review that says it's fast-paced, I watched it through first and then followed the workout after.
It's good, works the core muscles effectively. It's not a beginners workout (as the DVD says) so if you're starting out, work your way up to it, otherwise you'll be rather sore.
If you want to feel balanced and strong, this is a good workout. I feel nicely relaxed and 'stretched out' afterwards. It's easy to fit 40 minutes into your day and the results are worth it.
