About the Author

Stacy Gregg loved horses right from the start. Determined to have her own pony, she saved up every cent and by the time she was five, her piggy bank was groaning with enough small change to buy a horse. Unfortunately, her dreams continued to be hampered by the fact that she lived in the city with her exasperatingly 'unhorsey' family. There would be another four frustrating years of cantering on brooms around the Gregg family living room until, finally, her parents went rural and a string of ponies followed.

Your niece/daughter/grand-daughter will love it. Just don't make the mistake I made and buy her another from the same series for her next birthday. She will have bought and read the whole series in about 3 weeks after you gave her this one.

This book has every single thing you would like in a book. Love, Riding, Horses, Mystery, Adventre. You name it, it's in there.

Blazes foal, Nightstorm, is now a beautiful and headstrong young colt. But even as Issie gets to know him, other eyes are keenly watching his development. When Francoise DArth, the mysterious trainer from the worldrenowned dancing pony troupe, El Caballo Danza Magnifico, returns to Chevalier Point to ask for Issies help, Issie excitedly agrees. She will travel to Spain with Francoise to compete in an ancient street race. What Issie doesnt know is that the fate of the worldfamous dance troupe depends on her success...

I won't tell you anymore as it shall ruin it.

All the Stacy Gregg books are great, I have them all. The best thing about them is they tell you more things and different things about ponies. They are very well writen and are worth a read.
