Completely disagree with Critics Choice review though he/she is probably much smarter than I am. I didn't spot any obvious plot holes, was delighted by an interesting corpse conundrum (how the hell did it get there?) and enjoyed the twists and terms of the investigation - as I usually do with Francome's thrillers. Personally, I found it well up to his usual standard and would recommend.

This is a good book, good story & well written. There wasn't much of his usual horse related stuff though. I recommend this as it is a good read.

Enjoyable and easy reading. One of my favourite Author's. For anyone who has a love of horses or enjoy's racing- this is the one for you. ( Great Writer)!!!!!
