This series seriously improved on the story line of the Winds series which preceded this set. I would strongly recomend this book and the series of books as a good Misty read, intellegently written and well thought through

Another enjoyable Valdemar story, with some good character development, particularly Karal. This book was written before the Alberich stories, so the Storms books give the first 'evaluation' of Valdemar from a Karsite perspective.
