This incredibly effective, practical and also laugh out loud books tells you how to meet the right man and make him yours. Dating guru Lisa Daily followed her own advice and was proposed to by her wonderul husband at the top of the Eifel Tower. The strategies are simple, and are aimed at modern women who want equal pay, control of their finances and independence, but who also enjoy some of the more traditional joys of courtship, like when their date holds open the door, pays for dinner and kills spiders for them. In this smart, downright funny book, you will learn: How you may be unwittingly sabotaging your current relationship; the secret to getting a man to call you; the real reasons men fall in love and propose; and, how to be a woman men just can't live without.

an American friend gave me a copy of Stop Getting Dumped right after it cmae out over there, my man and I had been together for over two years and the more I wnated to get married the more he resisted it.

As a last ditch effort I read the book, followed every bit of advice and finally became a Dream Girl. Lisa Daily's tips and techniques worked like a charm and and within 3 months he proposed. I'm now planning a fablulous wedding and looking forward to our life together.

Best gift I ever got! Every single woman should buy this book and then if she's really nice she'll buy another for her girlfriend.

I wasn't sure about this book, but a girlfirend said I HAD to get it and boy am I glad I did. It is the best advice ever and everything Lisa says just sounds right, like stuff I've always known and haven't been able to put into words. Maybe things do change, but some things always stay the same. Why has it taken so long for somebody to remind us?

This book has some great advice. But if you follow that advice, you might succeed but don't know why. Why do you have to keep space between you and your man? The book: Women men love, women men leave, explains why men don't have the constant need to be with a women and why they appreciate some space. And it's equally important in a relationship, in the dream-girl point of view, to be a indepedent fun-loving, not needy clingy women. But be aware. Not all advice is good. Her idea that you shouldn't approach a men (let him do all the work). Reality is that most men are shy and won't do the first move unless they know they have some percenta of not being rejected. And those men are more husband-material then the player who won't be shy to approach you. So to summarize: this books holds some great advice, which I would have liked to know before, but it's not a bible, remain critical of what you read. If you want a better understanding of men or want a relationship to last then read Women Men Love, Women Men Leave.
