This is a dark tale of intrigue and obsession from the wilds of west Cornwall.
About the Author
Kelvin I. Jones is an authority on West Country witchcraft and has written several books on the subject as well as setting up a folklore publishing company. This is his first novel published by Hale. He lives in Norfolk.

OCCULT WHODUNNIT...........,

This is a most unusual novel in that the murder plot is entwined with the occult. A policeman who happens to be a psychic, goes to Cornwall in an attempt to get his alcohol sodden life back together following the death of his wife. The bodies start piling up and the victims are all involved in witchcraft.
This is a well researched book and for those interested in Cornish witchcraft and Aleister Crowley it is definitely a "must read". It is quite a short novel and an atmospheric page turner. As an added bonus, it made me more determined than ever to visit Cornwall. It must be a lovely place. Well worth a peruse.

The author has really captured the mystery and magic that makes Cornwall very special. The story introduces readers to Paganism and the Occult in a way that combines fast-paced plot with believable characterisation. Hugely enjoyable.
