5.0 out of 5 stars dinosaur 4 Feb 2009
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
My 2 year old and I borrowed this from the library but she loved it so much that I had to get her her own copy. She is now almost 3 and can repeat most of the poems from the book. Great for girls or boys. I've bought it for lots of her friends for 2nd birthday presents.

5.0 out of 5 stars A firm favourite 12 Mar 2007
By Robyn
Format:Paperback
I have two daughters, 3 and 19 months, and this book has quickly become a favourite with both. The bright colours and catchy rhymes are very engaging for young minds. We initially borrowed this book from the library, but I'm expecting tantrums when it has to go back, so I've just ordered one from Amazon - and a couple extra as gifts.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a brilliant book! 28 Oct 2009
Format:Paperback
My two year old and (nearly) four year old love this book. Like a previous reviewer we got it from the library then bought our own copy. The boys really like the interactive poems - lots of opportunity for stomping, roaring and being loud! It also emphasises opposites, like loud and quiet, small and large etc. The art work is so colourful it would be engaging for small children also. A great buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Read again and again- always a good sign
Lovely rhythm and repetition for the kids to stomp round the room at the 'chorus'. The rhymes 'roars' ... 'saurs' meant a 2-3 year old remembered the words

3.0 out of 5 stars 3-yr-old loves it. Mum not as much.
My (just) 3-year-old son loves this book. I am not always eager to read it to him, though, because many of the poems are quite badly written and a challenge to read aloud. Read more
