Lots of curios for collectors to get their teeth into
including: TV and Radio personality Gloria Hunniford s
first record, written and produced by Alan Hawkshaw;
actress and comedienne Faith Brown with her first solo
disc produced by Kenny Young successfully cloning his
Clodagh sound; one of the first singles by later disco
diva Tina Charles, produced by Valerie Avon, Bo Bo s
Party which still goes down well in clubs today and a
killer from The Chanters with their alter ego Birds Of
A Feather and then there s the wonderfully named
Stockingtops, aka Sue and Sunny.
Plenty never on CD, many previously un-comped .
Volume 8 sure is a welcome continuation in the popular
Brit Girl series Dream Babes .
