My 8 year old daughter devours the Judy Moody and Stink books. Megan MacDonald cannot write them fast enough. These are excellent readers for those who are reading independently but may be hindered by smaller typeface. The books read quickly ( good for kids bad for moms who have to wait for the next book to come out). My daughter also thinks the books are hysterical. I always catch her laughing out loud in her room. Mrs. MacDonald has captured the attention of the younger reader with exciting and humorous text that kids can identify with while maintaining the the innocence of this age group! Two thumbs up! Highly reccomended.

This review is from: Stink and The Great Guinea Pig Express: Stink Series, Book 4 (Kindle Edition)
This wonderful traffic book is about a boy named Stink and his nice friends they were wondering what they should do and bam an idea pop up in stink's head Stink's idea was so unordinary he wanted to build the Great Wall of China they were going to make it out of cereal boxes. When he told his friends, one of them was so excited to do it. So it took them about 4 hour's to do it. When they were done the heard a very unusual sound it was coming from in the inside the great wall of China.
` All of a sudden stink and his friends heard a squeak they didn't know what it was or where it was coming from. They heard it again squeak squeak. They took the four hour Great Wall of China apart. In one of the cereal were three guinea pigs. One was very hairy one had black dots on it and one them was brown and has light brown spots. They were so cute they wanted to keep them, but their parents would not let them keep it.
They did the right thing for the guinea pigs. They sent them to the pet shop, but when they got there everything was lose the birds, hamsters, mice, and guinea pigs. We asked the owner what's going on she said" the cages aren't too good and all of them opened". All of us helped her get all of the pets in the cages. The owner did a pet count she said the guinea pig that we found were the guinea pig that escaped. There were 101 guinea pigs and that she can't find a good home for any of them.
We said that we will help you sell each and every one of them. So what we did is get the owners RV. What we did is decorate the RV and put pictures of hamster on all side and rainbows and smiley faces. It looked so peaceful and on it was the name Squeals on Wheels. What we would do is get the hamster cages one would be girls one would boys and one is cage would be for the ones that they can't tell if it a girl or a boy. See if they get each and every one of them a good home.
