90 pages into a 245 page long book and still waiting for the cars to appear, lots about naval exploits, ownership of motorbikes owned since author was age 18 to his current age in his fifties. Am I wrong in expecting a book with this title to BE about cars!!! Not given up yet if cars do appear will add to this review. Am wondering if this book is published somewhere else and is Confessions of a Bike guy???

You don't need to be a "car guy" to enjoy this book. I laughed out loud and had to read parts to my husband who is a "car guy". Guess I read enough because now he's reading it and laughing.

Purchased this book for my dad for Christmas but couldn't resist reading it first. An interesting and entertaining book. It is a must read if you are from Michigan. My dad who is not normally a reader couldn't put it down and had read half of it the first day..
