More About the Author

Lindsey is the best-selling author of Change Your Life with NLP, Change Your Business with NLP, Still 25 Inside and Lose Weight with NLP.

She began her career in local government before becoming a change consultant for one of the top global firms in 1994. There she learnt about the art of people change both from an organisational and individual level. She started her NLP journey in 1997 when she wanted to improve her own performance in meetings with large numbers of grey-suited men. In 2005, she founded The Change Corporation. She now spends her time consulting on change projects, coaching senior executives, running open NLP programmes and public speaking. She is well-respected for getting results and improving performance. She also loves to write and enjoys the opportunity to share her experiences with larger audiences. Her personal vision is to become a leader in the development field and to assist organisations and individuals to perform at their highest level of potential.

In June 2012, she became a Master Trainer of NLP, the first female to be accredited with this level of excellence with the American Board of NLP in the UK. At the moment she's focusing on developing a new brand called 'Age with Attitude'. It's for mid-life women everywhere who want to lead their lives with Purpose, Passion and to their full Potential. Her book 'Still 25 Inside' promotes the 8 Attitudes of the Successful Mid-Life Woman and shows how to develop this mindset. She is also planning an audio version of Still 25 Inside during 2013.

Originally from the East End of London, she now lives in Sandwich, East Kent. She also spends much of her writing time from her much loved apartment overlooking the sea in Turkey!

I was just surfing in a book shop looking for inspiration really. When I came across Lindsey's Agness' second book Still 25 Inside. I read Lindsey's first book Change Your Life with NLP on holiday last summer this book had a profound effect on me. I bought Still 25 Inside and eagerly returned home to read it. Well once I started I could not stop the children had to make their own dinner, my husband walked the dog, i didn't care if the ironing wasn't done - I was having some 'me time'. The book is fabulous I am nearly finished and am already taking more care of myself and have spoken to my girl friends about that weekend away we never get around to doing!I found the book esay to read and the exercises clear and do able.

This book will really make you take stock of your life and make plans for the future. I recommend it to anyone like myself nearing 50 and in a bit of a rut.

Lindsey Agness clearly lives, breathes and walks her talk! Her first book Change Your Life with NLP was a must-read and Still 25 Inside is an even bigger one in my opinion - and I'm only a quarter of the way through it! Full of practical, workable, easy to follow exercises, it provides food for thought, insight into action and an impetus that makes you want to get on, up and moving happily towards your best years yet! Lindsey is a fabulous example of how life really can begin mid-way through - she's just getting started on living her midlife, clearly exuding those 8 attitudes every day, so I'm already taking a leaf or two out of her book! If you're heading in 'that' direction - buy Still 25 Inside today and head for a greater destination than you ever dreamed possible! Lindsey has shown me how and she can show you too, through what I'm sure is going to be another smash-hit best-seller for her. Way to go girl!

Still 25 Inside, well as a title that was always going to catch my eye, as a woman aged 54!! I've read Lindsey's first book which was a more general NLP book explaining (in simple, clear layman's language unlike some NLP books) how you can use NLP to improve the way you think about things and help achieve objectives. I'm not a great one for self help books as frankly I think most of them are rubbish but I thought a lot that was in that first book (Change Your Life with NLP) was helpful. This one was even more interesting as it is aimed specifically at women in their 40s and 50s as far as I can see. I'd already heard about the Age With Attitude programme so bought this book which is sort of a sister title as far as I can tell. Anyway, I really enjoyed it and recommend it to all women, in business or not, who want to be reminded about the things that matter in terms of how you feel about the age you are. It's not your age, it's your attitude that matters, well done Lindsey Agness!
