This chain was a genuine Stihl chain with Stihl stamped on the links , the product worked perfectly as it is supposed to on my Stihl MS180 , chain arrived before stated time and the price was extremely good. I will have no hesitation in shopping with this firm again .

I have owned a Stihl chainsaw for some years now and have had good troublefree service out of it.I needed a new chain for it recently and went to my local Stihl stockist(who will remain nameless)to buy one.I took it home and started using it. It did not cut too well and after closer inspection I found that it was not a genuine Stihl chain.It was an Oregon chain.I found that after half an hours use I had to sharpen it! When I looked at the chain after sharpening I saw that I was starting to cut the link below the cutting link! Anyway I took the chain back to the shop where I bought it and showed them. They said that as it was second hand they could not replace it. I was not amused at this point. Anyway I looked on the Amazon site and found a local stockist who sent me a genuine Stihl chain that was £4.00 cheaper! I had always used genuine Stihl chains and did not think for one minuite that the Oregon chain was any different.The first time I used the chainsaw with the Stihl chain was awesome! It cut through a 10 inch piece of a branch effortlessly!I shall always make sure that I use genuine Stihl chains in future. I bought my new chain from Torbay Garden Machinery of Torquay.In fact at the price that I paid for the first one I thought that I would buy a second to keep as a spare! The service I received form TGM was excellent.

Could not find the right size in the DIY shops so looked on Amazon. Was delighted to find this product and at a very good price. It fitted perfectly and worked just as well. Very pleased!
