Whilst this is not my usual genre, I came across it whilst trawling through the top 100 free Kindle books, and just had to download because of the good reviews.

I don't normally care for novellas, by the time you've started getting into the story it's finished, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Kay Jaybee builds a credible story; although I'd probably finished it in little over an hour, she manages to build a relationship with lots of tension without it feeling rushed at all.

Sally and her soon to be new boss Cameron, go on a business trip together and stay over in the hotel in which they are working at a conference. They're both surprised by their attraction to each other and fight to remain professional. Add into the mix sleazy Dave who's vying for Sally's affection (I use the term loosely!) and the tension begins to build and is soon ready to explode. The love scenes are hot, hot, hot and made more enjoyable as Sally and Cameron are beginning to fall for each other.

Add to that a good friendship between Sally and her work colleague Carol makes the story complete. I'd recommend if you're a fan of romance of a steamy nature.

I was introduced to Kay Jaybee through a friend who led me to "Not Her Type", and from then I was gripped by her style of writing; a sense of familiar romanticism with a deeply seductive core. I found this particular story in "Hungarian Rhapsody", a collection of short erotic stories by various authors in addition to Kay Jaybee. If you have not read her work before, this is the perfect introduction; short and sweet, the familiar tale of reluctant, undeniable sexual attraction amongst work colleagues away on a business trip. What is most endearing about Jaybee's style is not only her ability to raise pulses to an extremely satisfying end, but also her ability to connect the reader with her protagonists, drawing us deeper into their whole mentality as well as their steaming hot fantasies.

This novella was a great natural love hate relationship. The title is perfect name for the story too, it just about sums it up in 3 words. A brilliantly written novella that flows well and is an easy read you cant put down; I felt connected with the two characters straight away especially Sally as I too have her clumsy faults, I just wish I could make my clumsiness that erotic...hmmmm.....off to think; now where did I put that jam doughnut?

I loved how her character flaws and clumsiness has been turned into something so very erotic a great twist to the story. The build up to the sex scenes were amazing you can feel the sexual tension between them. Sex was pretty vanilla but oh boy was it hot, you dont need BDSM and spanking in every story to be a great read I promise you, the twist with using food as sex was stunningly sexy and a great erotic read and I enjoyed being a voyeur and found it a great turn on to read.

9 1/2 weeks eat your heart out!

Another great read from Kay Jaybee a brilliant author and erotic writer.
