an excellent book with well balanced descriptions of each pair of pictures.
the book was brought as a present and i am really impressed.
the pictures of then and now are excellent and clearly shows a lot of work went into getting the exact same location of each picture.
so it is easy to compare pictures.
even the wife (who is not normally interested in local history) was gripped by this book.
however the book will only apeal to people living or who have lived in stevenage which could mean that this book becomes a collectors item in future years.
