I have read the authors other books as I like the practical style in which he writes. This new book offers a solid number of ready to go ideas. It is supportive and warm as well as being direct. I purchased the book because controlling my weight is something I have to work at. I really like the 80-20 meal plans and the hypnotherapy advice which I will use to keep my mind focused. Recommended.

Steve Miller is so honest and open about his tactics, methods and personal experiences in this book, that it makes you feel completely reassured and almost as if he is there with you as you read it. After an overly indulgent Christmas I felt it was time to get back on the healthy eating track, and now with Steve's meal planner, self-hypnosis method, and true stories from his weight loss clients all included in the book I'm confident I will stay on track!

As an avid follower of the Steve Miller no nonense programmes on the tele I was desperate to have this book for the kindle and the book did not let me down his no nonsense approach to getting fit, losing weight and prolonging a healthy life was full of info and common sense approaches ( he pulls no punches indeed). I look forward to purchasing many more of his books for the kindle when they become available. A diet guru indeed.
