To get this you must have the Munchin 1 game, If you dont have it then go read the reviews of that or just buy it on faith, you wont regret it (unless the money should have gone for food or bills, but it will give you something to take your mind off them)
The Orcs add another dimention to the game and the extra monsters and treasures fit in seemlessly with the original game, you get an extra loaded die, an extra wishing ring and a couple of other 'must have' treasures and just as in the original it is fun and in great humour.
Im going to buy another deck i think to extend the life of the game, but then i have been playing it almost daily since it arrived :)

I currently have Munchkin and two expansions, this one and Munchkin 3: Clerical Errors. This expansion lives up to the quality of the Munchkin game and Steve Jackson's reputation. I would however recommend getting Clerical Errors first as it includes a new race and class and offers a more diversity for a single expansion.

If you're new to Munchkin, I recommend checking out the original Munchkin and its reviews first for game play, mechanics, and feedback. Especially my review. It's a good one. (Shameless self-promoting - I have no pride.)
Munchkin 2 is an expansion of the original Munchkin. It's not a complete game in itself. It provides no new variants to game play, no extra aspects to consider, no new rules. It's just more cards. More items, more monsters, more humor, more cool stuff.
BUT... more cards means less card repetition which makes the game more fun and definitely increases the replay value. And the new bits of humor on the cards is worth the extra cost alone. Size (of your deck) matters.
Munchkin is awesome. Buy this. Buy it now.

After starting out with one version of Muchkin, we've expanded to about six! Space Munchkin or maybe pirates are more your thing- it's out there. At any rate, Munchkin 2 is a great way to start your Munchkin addiction. Easy to play but not simplistic, lots of subtle, and not so subtle, humor, a game that a wide age range of players will enjoy. Seriously, I think ages 10 to about 100 would enjoy the silliness and occassional cut throat play.
