I HAVE USED THIS FOR YEARS ANY TIME I GET A STUFFY NOSE. IT WORKS WELL KEEPING NASAL PASSAGES MOIST AND AS A PRACTISING PHARMACIST I FEEL IT IS A LOT SAFER THAN MEDICINAL NOSE DROPS AND VERY EASY TO APPLY RECOMMENDED

Having suffered horrible sinusitis for 2 years a colleague recommended this product. From the first sniff I couldn't believe how this natural product relieved a lot of the pressure in my head that so many over the counter and prescription medications had failed to do. I recommend any sufferer of chronic sinusitis to give it a go. Easy to use and can be used as often as required.

If, like me, you're unable to take anti-inflamatories to relieve cold/hay fever symptoms in your nose/sinuses - or even if you prefer not to take these drugs at all - then this is a good choice. I tried 'home made' salt solution irrigation methods, but found it all too messy and time-consuming and my local pharmacist suggested Sterimar. Together with its simpler analogue (Sterimar Nasal Spray - no added copper salts) these salt water sprays are a real blessing - simple to use and very effective: they pretty much do what the maker says.

Nasal spray
Have suffered for years with perennial rhinitis and take prescription medication . I am trying this in addition and it does help but does not form a cure on its own in my opinion

Good sinus clearer
It does what it says on the bottle and doesn't inflame the nasal passage as other nasal products are apt to do after a while. Would recommend.
