I'm giving this product 5 stars because the pictured item is exactly what you get, and it works without issues.
As for durability, I don't know since it's still new to me as of writing this.

The connections are just the right tightness, and I am satisfied that it is sturdy enough for my purposes (attached to an H2n on a boom, with two sets of phones, one on a 3m extension).
