Product Description

'Steptoe and Son', one of the most remembered and unique British comedy series is seen at it's best on this video release. The video brings together five of the best colour episodes including 'A Star is Born' in which Harold becomes an actor with the local drama society but it isn't long before, as usual, his old isn't far behind him. 'Oh! What a Beautiful Morning' sees the pair attending a family funeral, 'Men of Letters' which sees the two leave rag and boning behind to go into Journalism for the Church magazine, 'The Desperate Hours' (Guest starring Leonard Rossiter) in which the Steptoe's are suffering financially and then to make matters worse get robbed and 'Back in Fashion', a late episode that sees Albert and Harold's yard become a cat-walk and studio for a fashionable magazine. With these five funny episodes, 'The Very Best of Steptoe and Son' is the very best of Steptoe and Son and well worth the purchase for any fan!
