I must admit to have purchased this book with a certain degree of reservation; how could a system based on *DANCE* possibly help me in my professional and personal pursuits? Still, intrigued by the passion and positivity presented by its contents I bagged it and have literally 'danced' into a brilliant source of inspiration, coaching, strategic direction and innovative practice. When we are authentic we thrive- this is precisely what Julie Johnson's skillfully authoured book leads the reader into. An interesting & intriguing read, delving & diving into how we can each step into our own clarity and tackle the cause rather than the symptoms of any discontent that we may feel both in our professional & business lives. Julie demonstrates how to be an action taker, how to tap into your energy and keep yourself fuelled & topped-up, how to move from your Zone of Excellence to your Zone of Genius, how to approach a personal business model with feelings of curiosity not judgement, how to empower yourself by getting rid of disempowering rules (I loved this notion)......
A book that explores personal success through understanding, and accepting, the fluidity and flow of our life. A river dance!

If you are living mostly on auto - pilot, and have lost the joie de vivre that running or thinking of running your own business used to bring you, then perhaps like me you need to get back in touch with your core values but this time through your feet! In fact, Julie's book will encourage you to 'put your whole self in', to quote the wisdom of the children's action song. There is much fun here, I enjoyed the exercises and found them all thought provoking, and some profound. Julie has an accessible style and a clear passion for helping others through coaching.
