My friend purchased this toy for her little boy, she bought it directly from the step 2 website. Firstly the box was damaged, there was no packaging to protect the pieces inside, the plastic was scratched and split in places, holes were not drilled so you were unable to attatch the door, the door bell was missing. The plastic was very thin especially on the roof. Overall the quality was awful. She sent it straight back and got a refund. Go for little Tikes their quality is so much better.

Very easy to assemble and quite sturdy, my grandaughter loves it, especially a working doorbell.
