This was a Christmas present for my 19 month old boy/girl twins and they absolutely love it! They cook up a storm every day! We've had older children visit and they've had a lot of fun too so I know this toy will last for several years which justifies the price.
It took us 1.5 hours to assemble as we had some teething problems aligning the breakfast bar up but, apart from that, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. We didn't have an electric drill, hence the longer assembly time, but if you have one it will be a LOT easier!
This kitchen comes with very complete accessories: fruits, veg, bottles of spices (you cant open them) , bread, cutlery, cups, plates, etc. I particularly love the metal spatualas and serving spoons that can be hung up on hooks!
As for appliances, the microwave comes with a keypad which the kids can press and it makes sounds. There is also a telephone, which is a mobile, which also has sounds. On the stove you have a frying sound when you put the frying pan on it and water boiling sound when you put a pot on it. Very good! Just make sure you have batteries (sizes AA and AAA) at hand as it doesnt come with those. There is also a fridge, a drawer, an oven, 2 cupboards, and baskets to strore fruit and veg in.
I defintiely recommend this kitchen as it is very complete and will bring years of fun to your children!

This is the mother of all kitchens, it is absolutely brilliant, bought it for a two and a half year old daughter and we all love it, daughter, Mummy & Daddy and in fact any visitors to the house, that includes all ages, Grandad spent most of Christmas day morning sat at the bar being fed cakes and coffee! All the family chipped in as we know we'll have it in the house for a long time and we bought it when it was on sale. It is brilliant!

This lifestyle grand walkin-in kitchen is fantastic. Just like a "real kitchen". Detail is great, well made and very sturdy. Our grandaughter loves it. She uses it as a kitchen and cooks for you (the kitchen items have real life like noises, or she uses it as a cafe/restaurant which she puts her till on the breakfast bar and pretends she is serving the food and drink and charging you. Many many hours of fun. I highly recommend this product!!! It has a stool which enables her to sit at the breakfast bar and have her breakfast. The detail is so good it has its own flooring which is warm to stand on. She even takes orders over the phone with the phone that is part of the kitchen and makes real life rings. BEST PRESENT WE COULD HAVE EVER PURCHASED FOR HER. Even her brother enjoys playing with the kitchen.
