Full of expert tips to help you achieve more using digital techniques.

Book Description

The nude is one of the classic photographic subjects. Images of the naked human form remain popular with photographers and viewers for their power to move us. The advent of digital photography has given new life to the theme, particularly for amateur photographers.

Step-by-Step Digital Nude Photography looks at the advantages that digital photography and image-editing software have brought to photographing the nude, focusing on all the subjects from image capture to image output. It offers all the information you need on the whole process: from sourcing the right equipment, through finding a model and a location, to the actual shooting and editing of the pictures, and finally the different media in which you can exhibit your work.

Includes hundreds of examples of great nude shots, alongside easy-to-follow steps showing you how to produce work of the same standard. Learn how to employ all the available resources – light, camerawork, location, composition, the model, the pose, the moment, as well as manipulation of the image – in order to create the best and most moving images of the human body.
