The sound quality is poor but the routines are varied and well explained. The instructor gives you confidence that most people of varying sizes and abilities can do this. Whilst she is a fairly large lady, she is graceful with it. She could be more accurate with the words of encouragement though as she praises when she alone has just demonstrated the move you need to do next! The aerobands provide upper body work making this a good whole body workout. Overall she works you quite hard but just when you think you need to rest, she changes the routine that allows you to cope and build up to the next one. Both she and the other 2 ladies sweat as the exercises develop, providing reality and again, encouragement!
