Without a doubt the best wok I have ever used. You can really heat the oil without the garlic sticking, it has a good shape for turning meat as you fry, the lid fits well, and it is comfortable to use and easy to clean. Have already bought four of them. We cook Thai meals about 4 times a week, so our woks get plenty of use - highly recommended.

Bought this item 12 months ago and use it on a gas range. Am thrilled with its ease of use - foods really do NOT stick (unless of course you're silly enough to allow liquids to dry out completely!) I use it frequently for stir-fries, curries, bolognese - in fact for anything where I'm making a reasonable volume and want to simmer! Who says Woks have to be used just for Chinese foods!!! Also used it for shallow frying small quantities. It wipes clean easily and still looks great. Am so pleased with it I'm actually schlepping one down to our house in Spain! My only wish is that it had non-metal handles cuz you need an oven glove to handle these comfortably.

Really expensive and my food sticks in the same place every time. Terrible wok. Will stick with my judge, which is half the price.
