My parents bought me a full set of Stellar pans from this range for Christmas two years ago and since then they have seen almost daily use as my domestic pans of choice (I cook most nights). I bought a second saute pan to allow me to prepare a curry in one while I cook rice in the other.

They are of high quality with a good, heavy base that spreads heat from my gas hob evenly and well - allowing frying or very gentle simmering of curries.

Handles are strong, well-weighted and remain cool during use.

Lids fit snuggly and allow the cooking of long, braised dishes.

In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend this pan and the rest of the range.
