The dialling face was not secure when the phone arrived and also within 2 months the speaker section came away from the main body of the phone rendering the phone totally unusable.
There was also a delay from picking up the receiver to being able to be heard by the person who'd phoned which took some getting used to.
I thought that superfically the phone looked ok but on moderately close inspection is obviously repro. In summary our experience is very poor quality.

The mouthpiece was loose when it arrived and could not be secured in place. When earpiece is lifted off cradle, the switch does not activate and phone continues to ring. Only by jiggling cradle does phone activate.
All in all a complete heap of junk and a waste of money.

Well worth the price, now i have to buy family members one each too as they love it so much, The sound from the speaker is good quality as is the mic, no need to talk right into it, its more like a hands free. Its a very good talking point in the room.
