Having bought this set and been highly delighted with it, it then died on me just short of three months old!
As requested by Digitalis I returned the set but then heard nothing for four weeks! After mailing them, I was asked to return the manual and the speakers which I no longer had.
It was then suggested they would return it to Steepletone whom they hoped would repair it.
That was two weeks ago and I still have heard nothing.
I have now been without a hi-fi set for five weeks and am completely in the dark as to what is or isn't happening.
As I said, the set did everything it was supposed to and I was pleased, but if it goes wrong so, it seems, does everything else!!
The replacement set also died on me after about eight weeks and has also been returned on 12th January. Now, six weeks later still no replacement or repaired set has been received, and getting information or communication from Digitalis is a "no hoper"!
