We bought this item a couple of weeks ago and were very impressed by the delivery and packaging.
We were also very impressed by the 'apparent' quality when we first started to use it.
Unfortunately it stopped working after about 6 days. The light on the front still blinks when you put your hand close to it but the pump that delivers the liquid soap no longer functions. Extremely disappointed at this outcome!!
We discarded the packaging after about a week as we thought all was OK but now would like to return it as faulty.
HOW do we do this?

I have wanted one of these for ages but thought they were just a gadget. After everyone being full of colds thought I would give it a go- fantastic item and very good price- thanks.

Worked for 5 months
This item was fine whilst it worked, but it only functioned for 5 months and then either the sensor or the dispensing mechanism (not sure which) stopped working.

A bit of a pain.
Nice and beautiful to look at, but in my opinion, a bit of a pain as the sensors keep going off, thus letting out the soap even when it's not needed. Read more
