It is not easy to find 30cm circular oven pans. I find the Le Creuset cast iron ones far to heavy, stainless steel are much easier to handle. Because the lid handles are on the side it will fit into my smaller oven, but this makes it not so good for stacking another pan on top for storage. I looked at one in John Lewis that was almost double the price and did not seem any better.

I love this pan, the meat browns with the lid on and roast spuds come out great, always plenty of room in there. I have made lots of dishes in it and would not be without it now. A good quality stainless steel it looks new and shiny always. The only problem I encountered was that my oven is on the small side and it is a tight fit, but it does fit!

Be warned - one of the benefits of this pan is listed as "Soft grip silicone handles provide a safe surface which is cool to the touch" - this simply isnt the case - they get hot... Read more
