1-can be used on gas or electricity energy
2-teflon coated which means even cooking, easy cleaning and less oil needed.

Having taken both the suppliers and Amazon to task about the 'non stick' guarantee (it doesn't have one !) I am suprised that the 'disclaimer' that was promised hasn't been inserted.
If you want a similar pan with a full guarantee buy Cooks Essentials from QVC.

This wok is excellent when new.
But ours is used almost daily, and after a year it is starting to show signs of wear, despite using only plastic utensils the non stick coating is scratched. We'll need a new one soon.

Rubbish!
