I bought this via Amazon and am amazed at this woman's vitality and fitness at age 85 I think when it was recorded. She went on keeping fit and died I believe in her mid nineties. An example to us all and the very first fitness queen on tv - yes even before Jane Fonda and the Green Goddess!

I think this should be on tv and the nation wouldn't have an obese problem any more! Shame we don't hear more about her and her exercise routines.
