Product Description
The French Pancake Pans designed by Francis Staub are ideal for making perfect pancakes/crepes.They are made from cast iron which retains the heat and spreads it evenly. It also benefits from a smooth ceramic underside so it can also be used on any hob or stove top, and has an interior black matte enamel finish, and so, the oil you use when cooking, penetrates the pores in the enamel which creates a natural smooth non-stick surface. The French Pancake Pans from Staub are highly durable, resistant to chipping, and wont rust or discolour.
