SOLD OUT!!! The Rectangular Terrine is designed by Francis Staub and is perfect for appetizers, pâtés and terrines.They are made from cast iron which retains the heat and spreads it evenly. The interior of the French Staub Half Terrine is coated with black matte enamel, so the oil you use when cooking, penetrates the pores in the enamel which creates a natural smooth non-stick surface. It is highly durable, resistant to chipping, and wont rust or discolour. The Staub Cast Iron Cookware will last you a lifetime, and is completely dishwasher safe and is used by many celebrated chefs. It also benefits from an ovenproof round knob, which can take up to temperatures of 500°F/260°C and will move beautifully from the oven to your guests at the table, as the lid has a tight fitting which helps retain the moisture and heat, ensuring your food stays hot.
