Highly recommended. This must be one of the largest collections of Flemish paintings of the 17th century. Probably only the Prado can boast more. Beautifully presented with most works reproduced in colour and easy but very informative (and honest!) accompanying text. Many of these paintings have probably never been published in an English language book before which makes it all the more interesting. One can browse through this book for hours. Let's hope there will be further publications in future of the other schools of paintings in The Hermitage.
