Product Description

Stasis None is a fast paced and powerful read. Independent reviews have likened aspects of it to the Matrix, 12 Monkeys, Inception and even the Alchemist and Interview with a Vampire. Other reviews have described it as 'movie-like' and a 'real page turner of a novel'. The story itself is set to the back drop of Time Travel and Time Manipulation, as a top secret group set out to prevent mankind's imminent destruction, using the powerful Stasis None to create and manipulate reality.
The novel asks the age old question, 'Will mankind ever be able to save itself from it's own short comings?'.
The science and history is well researched, the action fast paced...and the characters and their relationships engrossing.
Set in the not too distant future it has several twists, an interesting political sub-plot and best of all a mysterious character who steals the show with each new scene in which he is introduced...
As the book blurb says, "Playing with the universe can be a dangerous game...The time has come for Palene to introduce
himself!"

I enjoyed this book immensely, and I would like to reiterate what everyone else is saying about it being a very impressive debut. At one point I said to myself, come on these people are from the future with technology to match,it should be easy, but he read my mind and moved it on. superb story, very well thought out and written, i'm not sure if his next venture is for me, but he's definitely one to watch out for in the future.

Mind blowing! 7 Feb 2011
Format:Paperback
This book is very deep, you will need all your wits about you to absorb the twisting storyline.
The characters are very realistic and well thought out. A continually changing plot that keeps you thinking even after you have put the book down, that's if you can!
Fiction or reality, it could be both, sometimes the line between the two is invisible we will probably never know or if we do it may be too late, intrigue at it's very best.
Well done Ian Rutter I for one really enjoyed it and can't wait for the next one.

I started reading this book on the monday and finished it within a week, i just couldn't put it down, and when i did, it was all i could think of. Great depth to the story line and characters, you get the feeling your there with them. I really liked the book/film style read, and looking forward to the movie. Hollywood get your cheque books out and sign a star.

Well done Ian Rutter, keep them coming.

terrible and full of grammar mistakes
I really thought that it was the author's style of writing, but after few pages I noticed that it's just a horrible written novel. Don't get me wrong here. Read more

I've not read this, and I'm not going to. Why not? Nearly all the 5-star reviewers have reviewed nothing else, and I smell a rat.
