My Mum bought this book for me and it's really helped. I now understand all about my anger and that I'm in control. I've learnt about how to get my anger under control. It's real easy to read and work through and has helped me loads already.

I work with young people who are at risk of offending between 8-13 years old and this book has been fantastic to use with both younger and older children to tackle their anger. It is brilliant first of all at getting the young person to realise they have an anger problem and then at tackling it and in my experience they have all enjoyed using it. Cannot recommend this book enough.

This book is brilliant for learning mentors students and parents too, in fact for anyone working to improve the emotional health of young people. A user friendly book with all the answers, no school should be without a copy.
