This book is easy to use and parents and teachers who are wanting to introduce students to verbal reasoning would be well advised to try this book. The type of exercises here for pupils are essential for youngsters whose parents wish their children to sit exams for independent schools. I have used this book for many years with excellent results.

This series of papers are a great introduction to home learning and 11+ preparation. Unlike the other Bond papers which are set out as test papers and take approximately 40 minutes to complete, these papers are designed to be done in about 10 minutes and in short chunks. We think they are great!

Highly recommended these bond books in all subjects, especially in preparation for the grammar school entrance exams for juniors. They have the answers in the centre for teacher/ parent. And a score chart on the back page . I think they also have a helpful web-sight too.

My year 2 child loves doing these papers - it is something totally different from what they do at school, so she's learning without realising it. Maybe a bit easy, but you can always move on to the next book.

Brilliant book for 11+ preparation. I have used these books for all my 4 children and so far 3 of my kids have passed their 11+ and gone on to Grammar school. I cannot praise these books enough. Must be used for any 11+ prep work.
